Trailer incoming. The first footage from the front lands here soon.

Either way up

Hold it sideways and Blasterion is the classic side-scroller. Turn it upright and the same battle is seen from above, the ship flying up the screen, with the controls under your thumbs.

Turn the device mid-mission and the fight carries on where it was. On iPad it follows every window shape.

The fight

Six sectors

Orbital Graveyard, Hive Caverns, Crystal Abyss, The Foundry, Solar Forge and the Void Core, each with its own enemies, walls and hazards. Fleets trade broadsides in the distance, and at the end a black hole tears a star apart behind the fight.

Twelve bosses

A mid-boss and a multi-part boss in every sector. Slip through a crystal beam cage, outrun solar flares and a plasma serpent, and break the heart of the hive.

Heavies and crates

A missile frigate, a cutter whose twin beams close like shears, a minelayer and a bomber. Crack one and it may drop a crate: red upgrades your weapons, green repairs the hull, blue restores your shields.

Game Center

A leaderboard for every sector and one for the whole campaign, ranked by score and difficulty, plus achievements to earn as you climb the pilot ranks.

No ads, no accounts, no tracking. Every mission pays credits for hulls, weapons and upgrades; optional credit packs get you there sooner, and nothing in the game requires them.
